Access and use of this Site and the products and/or services available through this Site, you expressly accept and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein or other specific portions of the Site along with the disclaimers, if any. USE OF THIS SITE
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to use this Site. You agree not to misuse this Site for any illegal purpose or cause damage this Site. You agree not to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any material of this Site.
ITRMANTRA SERVICES
ITRMANTRA offers online services i.e. Online PAN Application, Online TAN Application, Online Digital Signature (DSC), application for relief Form-10E U/S 89, E-Filing (ITR), and reply notice issued by IT Department.
ITRMANTRA is only provider of online multiple said services on the single plate form till now, and any dispute related to said services shall be directly addressed by you with the entity towards which such payment is being made.
USERS OF THIS SITE
The users of the Site are categorized as follows:
a) Visitors or non-registered user who may access content of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”);
b) Registered user who has created an account on the Site to avail the services (hereinafter referred to as “Registered User”); and
ITRMANTRA USE OF SERVICES
a) Only the Registered User who have registered on the Site can avail the services being offered on the Site;
b) The persons, who are not registered on the Site, are unauthorized. Any unauthorized use of services is illegal;
c) You agree that services to Online PAN Application, Online TAN Application, Online Digital Signature (DSC), application for relief Form-10E U/S 89, E-Filing (ITR), and reply notice issued by IT Department are real time to our server and no refund or exchange in permitted; and
d) You agree that you are solely responsible for the correctly entering the details during Online PAN Application, Online TAN Application, Online Digital Signature (DSC), application for relief Form-10E U/S 89, E-Filing (ITR), and reply notice issued by IT Department and all the charges/fees that result from those transaction. In an event, you have entered incorrect details for Online PAN Application, Online TAN Application, Online Digital Signature (DSC), application for relief Form-10E U/S 89, E-Filing (ITR), and reply notice issued by IT Department you agree that you are responsible for such information/transaction, and shall not hold ITRMANTRA responsible for such purchase/ Transaction. e) You agree not to fraudulently enter confidential detail for Online PAN Application, Online TAN Application, Online Digital Signature (DSC), application for relief Form-10E U/S 89, E-Filing (ITR), and reply notice issued by IT Department of yours, your family member, friends, or any other person using the services.
CHARGE AND FEES
We charge nominal fee to services being offered on the Site. However, we may increase/decrease the service fee in future, at our sole discretion, charge fee for such services, and the same may be notified to you or posted on the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in all material on this Site shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You agree that all materials of this Site are for your personal and non-commercial use only.
PRIVACY POLICY

COMMENTS
The comments on the contents published on the Site can be provided only by the Registered Users. The user of the Site agrees to display their details along with the comments and reviews, if any.

We may inform and/or provide information to law enforcement agencies or government of unlawful activity by the Visitors and Registered User.

ARBITRATION
In the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or in connection within this Agreement then in such an event the Parties shall resolve the dispute or difference by reference to Arbitration to be conducted in New Delhi, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. You agree that Vivek Tiwari & Co. shall have sole right to appoint the arbitrator.
SEVERABILITY
The provisions contained in this Terms of Use are enforceable independent of each other. If any provision is determined by the competent court to be unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
This Terms of Use is effective as of 6th July 2021, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in future. The changes to the provisions of this Terms of Use will come in effect immediately after being posted on this Site. We may change our Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will update this Terms of Use on our website which will bind to you as and when updated.
Your continued use of the product and/or services after we post any modifications to the Terms of Use on the Site will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
